Not So Good Things About Silence

Silence as punishment, solitary confinement

Ignoring or being ignored

Not replying to messages or your messages not being replied to

Not changing the topic if there is gossip

Not speaking up for those in need

Not speaking up for animals

Not speaking up for people who have been silenced or are suffering or struggling

If we are silent when we ourselves are in distress
